I charged the hand controller for 3 hours but saw no light—is it defective?

Not to worry. The charger’s indicator light turns red during charging and green when fully charged. The hand controller does not display lights during charging. To check battery status, press the “UP” or “DOWN” button; a light will appear to indicate the current charge level.

I plan to use the chair only in emergencies. How often should I charge the controller?

Even with infrequent use, we recommend charging the hand controller at least once per month. This helps maintain battery health and ensures it’s always ready when needed.
