“I placed a call to LPT Medical not knowing what to ask about portable oxygen units. I spoke with Jake who told me everything and more I needed to know about the units. He was very much informed on everything. I was hesitant about getting one because of the cost but he said they had a sale going on and I had an older unit that use to belong to a family member that he gave me credit for. It was a great experience talking to Jake.”
