At 14 pounds it might be the lightest unit in its class, but that’s a lot of weight to carry. So, your eQuinox comes with a wheeled travel cart to make using your concentrator and traveling as easy as possible. The travel cart is equipped with a telescopic handle that locks in multiple places for maximum comfort.

Upgraded Battery System

Unlike the Eclipse models, the SeQual eQuinoix has a new front-loading battery that makes changing your batteries hassle-free. You won’t have to waste time trying to turn your concentrator around or fight with the travel cart to change batteries again!

To go with the new front-loading battery system, the eQuinox offers two different battery options; the 12-cell battery and the 24-cell battery.

The 12-cell battery gets up to 2.78 hours of use on a pulse setting of 2 and up to 1.21 hours of use on a continuous flow setting of 2.0 LPM. The 12-cell battery is perfect for quick errands, working around your house, exercising, and relaxing.

The 24-cell battery gets up to 5.94 hours of use on a pulse setting of 2 and up to 2.75 hours of use on a continuous flow setting of 2.0 LPM. You will want to use the 24-cell battery for traveling, gardening, golfing, and extended trips away from the house.

Charging and 24/7 Use

Using your SeQual eQuinox 24/7 shouldn’t be a concern. It has a 20,000-hour compressor life and with the AC or DC power supply, you can power your eQuinox all day and all night without worrying.

The AC power supply is for home use. It is equipped with a 110v power cord so you can plug it into any wall outlet. When your eQuinox is plugged into the AC power supply you will have an unlimited supply of oxygen and your battery will begin to recharge. So, if you are using your eQuinox to sleep at night, always make sure it is plugged into the AC power supply! Your eQuinox will charge and supply you with oxygen on every flow rate setting.

The DC power supply lets you recharge your battery and power your eQuinox while you are on the go. It is equipped with a 12v power cord allowing you to plug it into the cigarette lighter or 12v outlet in your car, truck, RV, or boat. While your eQuinox is plugged into the DC power supply it will supply you with oxygen on any setting, however, it will only recharge your battery if you are using 2.0 LPM or lower on continuous flow and 4 on pulse flow.

The eQuinox also has an optional external battery charger available! The external charger is ideal if you have more than one battery. It lets you recharge your spare batteries without having to plug in your eQuinox.

Simple Operation, Advanced Features

As we said earlier, the eQuinox is the Cadillac of continuous flow portable oxygen concentrators. One of the best and most advanced features the eQuinox offers is its audible alarms. Instead of having an annoying beeping noise to get your attention, the eQuinox can actually talk to you to let you know if something is going on.

It will tell you when your battery life is low, if it needs to be reset, how much battery life you have remaining, and more! And best of all, you can change between 8 different languages so if this is for your grandma in another country this is a serious benefit!

Just like the popular Eclipse models, the eQuinox is equipped with Auto-Sat technology. Auto-Sat technology gives your eQuinox the ability to react to your breathing rate. When you’re using pulse flow settings, most concentrators decrease the dose of oxygen as your breathing rate decreases. The eQuinox does not! Instead, it reacts to your breathing pattern to ensure you get the same amount of oxygen with each breath.
