Airial Holding Chamber

Airial Holding Chamber: Enhance the Delivery of Your Metered Dose Inhaler Medications

Standard ways of administering your meter dose inhaler medications can lead to unnecessary wastefulness of expensive medications.

While also forcing you to juggle operating your meter dose inhaler (MDI) while concentrating on inhaling your much-needed medication.

Multitasking is a great trait to have, but you shouldn’t be forced to multitask while treating your respiratory disease.

So stop juggling two things at once and simplify your treatment with the addition of the Airial holding chamber.

Reduce Wasting Medication

Standard methods of inhaling meter dosed medications often lead to an excessive waste of much-needed medication.

Or the medication that is dispensed ends up on your tongue, on the back of your throat or in the air.

Stop this from occurring once and for all with the addition of the Airial holding chamber, which directs the aerosolized medication directly into your lungs to reduce wastefulness and improve drug delivery.

Holding Chamber Benefits

As we said before multitasking is not something patients should be forced to do while administering inhaled medications, but you may be wondering how is the Airial holding chamber different from simply using my metered-dose inhaler?

Well to start instead of having to inhale while operating your metered-dose inhaler, the Airial chamber will momentarily hold the aerosol medication in the chamber until you are ready to inhale.

Greatly minimizing the need for hand-breath coordination.

Patient-Friendly Features

What makes the Airial chamber that much better is the fact that it features anti-static properties and is latex-free so you don’t have to worry about getting an allergic reaction after use.

Cleaning your MDI can be cumbersome, but with the Airial chamber, cleaning is quick and easy.

As an added benefit the chamber also includes a convenient zip-lock travel bag to protect it against dust and other bacteria while traveling.

Operating the Airial Holding Chamber:

  • Step 1: Remove the meter dose inhaler (MDI) canister mouthpiece cover. Then insert the MDI canister mouthpiece into the elastic opening that is located on the back of the Airial Chamber.
  • Step 2: Place the Chamber mouthpiece between your teeth, then seal your lips around the mouthpiece
  • Step 3: Make sure you are in an upright position and exhale. Then release one puff of your MDI medication into the Chamber.
  • Step 4: Slowly take a deep breath through the mouthpiece. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds.
